Pamela W. Gayle, CIC is President and began the agency in 1987 in Fayetteville, NC. She relocated to Raleigh in 1996 and is married to Allen. Pamela earned her CIC designation in 1993 and is an approved Insurance Instructor in NC. She was voted Businesswoman of the Year in 1993 by the Fayetteville Women’s Center of NC. She is licensed to sell Life, Health, Personal and Commercial insurance.

J. Allen Gayle, CIC is Vice-President and began his insurance career with Downing & Gayle in 1998. He is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and Southeastern Theological Seminary. Allen is married to Pamela Gayle and together they own and operate the agency. Allen is active in his church and community and believes firmly that service can be balanced with integrity. Allen is licensed to sell Life, Health, Personal and Commercial insurance.
